3. Lead, Automation & Performance Terms
ApexLeadz provides systems designed to help businesses respond to and convert opportunities more efficiently. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, closed sales, revenue, or return on investment.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed according to the plan or agreement selected at enrollment. Recurring subscriptions are generally billed in advance on the applicable billing date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation, renewal, setup-fee, and refund terms are governed by the plan, checkout terms, or service agreement applicable to your purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, fees already charged for an active billing period are non-refundable.
6. Client Obligations & Acceptable Use
You agree to use ApexLeadz services only for lawful business purposes and not to use the services for unlawful communications, fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful scraping, impersonation, or unauthorized resale or sublicensing.
